Responsibilities

• Meet/exceed a daily call quota of 100 calls.
• Respond to incoming calls/messages promptly throughout shift.
• Identify questions/concerns and provide solutions.
• Handle complaints professionally and redirect to appropriate dept.
• Schedule appointments and assist with follow-ups.
• Assist walk-ins and collect payments/co-pays.
• Verify insurance eligibility and pull authorizations as needed.
• Cross-train across front office responsibilities.
