Job summary

Sante Health Partners is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Front Office Medical Receptionist for our Bakersfield location. You will greet patients, answer calls, relay messages, and manage the flow of arrivals with professionalism and confidentiality.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, prior office experience, and basic medical terminology knowledge. CPR is a plus and you will work in a standard office environment with patient interaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish language proficiency.
• Prior office experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
• CPR certification is a plus.
• Willing to work at Bakersfield Office Address.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and patients in a timely and friendly manner.
• Answer telephones and relay messages.
• Inform schedule and delays to appropriate personnel to manage patient flow.
• Communicate with medical staff and patients regarding changes in schedule clearly.
• Keep a tidy, organized workstation to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.
• Maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Assist patients with completion of forms as needed.
• Provide information to patients regarding lab tests and examinations preparation.
• Accurately type routine correspondence and reports using a computer.
• Relay information to office staff regarding patient needs and processing.
• Follow patient processing procedures and perform other duties as assigned.
