Responsibilities

• Receive incoming calls and schedule, change, cancel and confirm patient appointments.
• Gather and verify patient information in the practice management system.
• Register new patients and verify insurance subscriber information.
• Coordinate referrals and authorizations as needed; maintain accurate records.
• Communicate professionally with patients, coworkers, and physicians.
