Wills Eye Hospital is seeking a patient scheduling coordinator to support registration, insurance verification, and appointment management in a fast-paced ophthalmology setting.

You will handle calls, document EMR data, and communicate with patients, physicians, and departments to ensure a smooth patient experience. The role requires a high school diploma, 1–3 years scheduling healthcare experience, and strong customer service; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of scheduling experience within healthcare required.
• Two years customer service experience required.
• Excellent customer service skills with courteous phone/service.
• Proficient MS Office Suite and basic EMR knowledge required.
• Knowledge of healthcare scheduling and insurance verification basics.
