Job summary

Belite Bio in New York City seeks a highly motivated Territory Business Manager (TBM) to drive launch readiness, commercial success, and ongoing growth within Manhattan. You will educate retina specialists, ophthalmologists, and other healthcare stakeholders on disease state and the adoption of novel therapies.

The TBM will leverage market analytics, cross-functional collaboration, and patient access strategies to accelerate market uptake while ensuring compliance and high ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience.
• Ophthalmology, retina, or rare/orphan disease experience strongly preferred; specialty pharmacy experience is a plus.
• Prior product launch experience, ideally in a small or pre-commercial biopharma setting.
• Strong understanding of payer/reimbursement landscape including hub services and patient access support models.

Responsibilities

• Translate national brand strategy into a territory business strategy and tactical plan for Manhattan.
• Drive product adoption through pre-call planning, clinical messaging, and patient access education.
• Build proficiency in disease state and product knowledge to deliver compelling clinical messaging.
• Develop relationships with retina specialists, ophthalmologists, optometrists, genetic counselors, and office staff.
• Manage territory budget, expenses, and resource allocation responsibly.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations to execute launch strategies.
• Represent Belite Bio at regional and national conferences and advocacy events.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations, PhRMA Code, and company policies.
