Job summary

Thea Pharma Inc. is expanding its US commercial footprint in ophthalmic care, focusing on the iVIZIA dry eye portfolio. The Territory Manager will be the primary field resource to optometrists, dry eye specialists, and optical retailers within a defined geographic territory.

This role suits a self-motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who thrives in eye-care and can influence clinical and retail behaviors. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in eyecare, OTC pharma, or medical devices.
• Eyecare experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of optometric practice operations and patient recommendations.
• Proven ability in territory management and driving sales results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory daily.
• Self-starter with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales goals, activity metrics, and distribution targets.
• Conduct in-office visits, product detailing, merchandising support, and staff education to boost brand visibility.
• Drive adoption in optometry accounts including dry eye clinics, independent ODs, multi-location practices, and retailers.
• Execute selling strategies to expand iVIZIA product recommendations and retail purchases.
• Establish buy-and-bill opportunities within offices.
• Build consultative relationships with optometrists, technicians, and staff.
• Deliver product demonstrations and clinical education to practice staff.
• Support in-office dry eye workflow optimization and patient handoffs.
• Represent the company at local society meetings and territory events.
