Job summary

Thea Pharma Inc., the US commercial arm of Laboratoires Théa, seeks a Territory Manager to drive in-office adoption of the iVIZIA dry eye portfolio among optometrists and optical retailers. You will execute sales tactics, educate staff, and build lasting relationships to support revenue growth.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated sales professionals with eyecare experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to travel within the assigned territory daily to optimize patient outcomes and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 2+ years of sales experience in OTC consumer health, pharmaceuticals, buy and bill, or medical devices preferred.
• Eyecare experience is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of optometric practice operations and patient recommendation behavior highly valued.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory on a daily basis.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales goals and targets.
• Conduct in-office visits, product detailing, merchandising support, and staff education.
• Drive adoption in targeted optometry accounts including dry eye specialty clinics and optical retailers.
• Expand iVIZIA product recommendations and patient purchases at retail outlets.
• Establish buy and bill opportunities within offices.
• Build consultative relationships with optometrists, technicians, and office managers.
