Job summary

Thea Pharma Inc. in the United States seeks a results-driven Territory Manager to drive adoption and sales of the iVIZIA dry eye portfolio among optometrists, dry eye clinics, and optical retailers.

You will conduct in-office visits, product detailing, and staff education to increase brand visibility and revenue. This role requires travel within the territory up to 90% of the time; you will build long-term relationships, analyze market data, and collaborate with marketing and medical teams to

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in OTC consumer health, pharmaceuticals, buy and bill, or medical devices preferred.
• Eyecare experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of optometric practice operations and patient recommendation behavior highly valued.
• Demonstrated success in territory management, customer relationship building, and driving sales results.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Territory routing, call planning, frequency, and segmentation to maximize reach.
• Achieve and exceed territory sales goals, conduct in-office visits and staff education.
• Drive adoption in optometry accounts and retail outlets.
• Build consultative relationships with clinicians and staff.
• Maintain CRM documentation and monitor inventory and merchandising.
