Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in OTC/pharma preferred.
• Eyecare experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of optometric practices and patient behavior.
• Ability to travel within territory daily.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales goals and targets.
• Conduct in-office visits, product detailing, and staff education.
• Drive adoption in optometry accounts and optical retailers.
• Build consultative relationships with clinicians and staff.
• Maintain CRM records and territory planning.
• Represent company at meetings and events.
• Manage territory budget and promotional materials.
