Thea Pharma Inc. is hiring a Territory Manager to drive in-office adoption and retail performance for the iVIZIA dry eye portfolio across a defined US territory.

You will be the primary field representative to optometrists, dry eye specialists, and optical retailers, delivering education and building long‑term relationships to support revenue growth. This role suits a self-motivated sales professional who thrives in the eye-care environment, with strong ability to influence clinical and retail

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in OTC/pharma or medical devices.
• Eyecare experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel within assigned territory daily.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory sales plans to meet or exceed goals.
• Conduct in-office visits, product detailing, and staff education to drive iVIZIA adoption.
• Build relationships with optometrists, clinics, and optical retailers.
• Plan routes, manage CRM notes, and track sales metrics.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager on priorities and campaigns.
