Thea Pharma Inc. is expanding its US commercial footprint with a Territory Manager focused on iVIZIA dry eye products. You will build lasting relationships with optometrists, dry eye specialists, and optical retailers while leading in-office education and product demonstrations.

The role emphasizes self-motivation, relationship-building, and the ability to influence clinical and retail behaviors within ophthalmic care settings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in OTC consumer health, pharmaceuticals, buy and bill, or medical devices preferred.
• Eyecare experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of optometric practice operations and patient recommendation behavior.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-office adoption, recommendation, and retail performance of iVIZIA dry eye portfolio within a defined territory.
• Conduct in-office visits, product detailing, staff education, and demonstrations to increase brand visibility.
• Manage territory planning, CRM documentation, and travel to optimize coverage and revenue.
