Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Scribe for Physicians and perform preliminary work-up of patients.
• Prepare patients and rooms for treatments and minor procedures as directed by the Physician.
• Obtain patient medical and ophthalmic history including medications, allergies and family history.
• Measure and record visual acuity and perform preliminary refraction and tonometry as trained.
• Assist with examinations and treatments and provide excellent customer service.
