Job summary

Sun Ophthalmics is expanding its commercial team in the United States, focusing on ethical, customer-centric engagement and high-performance results. This role reports to the Regional Sales Manager and drives education-focused conversations with HCPs about ophthalmic therapies, backed by clinical data and safety profiles.

Ideal candidates have Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in ophthalmology, with willingness to travel domestically and contribute to a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical sales experience.
• 2+ years specialty pharmaceutical experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare institutions and commercial managed care; experience selling within healthcare institutions preferred.
• Eye Care/Ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with target HCPs.
• Deliver MLR approved, education-focused messages to target HCPs.
• Business planning and execution.
• Enhance HCP awareness of Sun Ophthalmics products, clinical data, safety, and efficacy.
• Equip HCPs with tools to facilitate discussions with patients.
• Build HCP knowledge to identify treatment gaps in all domains.
• Increase awareness of the therapeutic area and identify treatment gaps in patients.
