Job summary

Sun Ophthalmics is seeking a motivated sales professional to join our team in the United States. You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and build strong relationships with target HCPs, delivering MLR-approved, education-focused messages about ophthalmic therapies.

Across the territory, you will drive business plans, enhance product awareness with clinical data, and equip healthcare providers with conversation tools to address treatment gaps. Travel domestically as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in a scientific field.
• 2+ years pharma sales experience; 2+ years in specialty pharma preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare institutions and managed care.
• Eye Care/Ophthalmology experience preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel, majority in-market.

Responsibilities

• Reports directly to the Regional Sales Manager.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with target HCPs.
• Deliver MLR approved, education-focused messages to HCPs.
• Business planning and execution across the territory.
• Enhance HCP awareness of Sun Ophthalmics products and data.
• Equip HCPs with tools to discuss treatment options with patients.
• Increase awareness and identify treatment gaps in diagnosed patients.
• Meet call activity and financial targets for the territory.
