Job summary

BioTissue in Birmingham, AL, seeks a seasoned Territory Sales professional to increase market share by promoting our life-changing products to physicians in private offices and clinics. You will develop territory plans, meet monthly revenue goals, and work with Marketing and Clinical teams to drive adoption.

The role requires 5 years of outside medical sales, a bachelor's in business, science, medical or related field, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales performance goals per quota plan.
• Identify key market opportunities and implement strategies to penetrate accounts.
• Complete sales training and stay updated on competitors and market dynamics.
• Present products and programs effectively to physicians and staff.
• Develop territory plan to meet monthly revenue goals and quarterly quotas.
• Maintain high level of customer service to internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, and Administration to achieve goals.
• Attend industry conferences as needed.
• Work within assigned expense budget.
