BioTissue, Inc. is hiring for a Full Time Sales role focused on expanding market share within a defined territory in the United States. You will promote and sell to physicians in private offices and clinics, and work with Marketing to implement new programs.

You will develop a territory business plan to meet monthly revenue goals, train stakeholders, and maintain high customer service levels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Science, Medical, or related field.
• 5 years outside sales in the medical device, ophthalmology, optometry, biotechnology or tissue segment.
• 5 years in high growth organizations building market share.

Responsabilités

• Achieves sales performance goals as specified in the sales/quota plan.
• Define and identify key market opportunities, implement marketing strategies and convert leads to customers.
• Present products and company programs to physicians and office staff; train on use and benefits.
• Develop territory business plans to meet monthly revenue goals and support long-term growth.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Regional Director to align programs and budget.
