Job summary

BioTissue is seeking a driven Territory Sales Manager to promote and sell to physicians in clinical settings across the assigned territory. You will craft territory plans, drive revenue growth, and collaborate with Marketing and Clinical teams to support customers.

The role requires strong communication, market analysis, and a track record of meeting sales goals. This position offers base salary plus a commission plan within a comprehensive Total Rewards package, with eligibility for equity

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales performance goals according to the quota plan.
• Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to penetrate accounts.
• Complete sales training and stay updated on competitors and market dynamics.
• Present products and programs to physicians and office staff.
• Develop territory business plans to meet monthly revenue targets and quarterly quotas.
• Maintain high level of customer service with internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Regional leadership to align on market trends.
• Attend industry conferences as needed.
• Operate within assigned expense budget.
• Ensure activities align with BioTissue policies.
• Provide field intelligence to Marketing and adapt programs accordingly.
