Visionix USA is seeking a Field Service Representative to support ophthalmic and optical systems across the region, traveling extensively to customer sites. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain Visionix and related equipment while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in field service or technical support, strong mechanical/electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to read drawings. A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide are required.

Formación

• Associate degree or military tech training, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years in field service or technical support; 6+ years preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and extensive travel.

Responsabilidades

• Install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on Visionix, Briot-Weco, and Optovue products.
• Provide on-site troubleshooting and high-level technical support.
• Maintain service documentation, parts inventory, and RMA processes.
