• Associate's degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Fluent English communication (read, write, understand).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure connected ophthalmic equipment and digital applications.
• Support network integration, cloud connectivity, and remote monitoring capabilities.
• Collaborate with customer IT to ensure device connectivity and cybersecurity compliance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.
• Train customers and field teams on digital workflows and connected technologies.
• Support product launches, upgrades and software updates.
• Improve equipment uptime and customer satisfaction with field teams and leadership.
