• Must be able to provide proof of identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned teams to provide exceptional customer service during patient encounters.
• Provide operational leadership to staff supporting ophthalmologist during visits and procedures.
• Ensure staff submit prescribed medications and refills to patients' pharmacies.
• Ensure timely flow for visual fields, Biometry, refractions, OCT, and Topography testing.
• Ensure all patient information collected during exams is accurately reflected in the EHR.
• Oversee patient communication regarding follow-up care, surgeries, and post-op care.
• Assist in training, staff development plans and performance evaluations.
• Manage prior authorizations, patient refills, Doctor schedules, and referrals.
• Support management in guiding and supervising clinical staff per policies and HIPAA/OSHA.
• Overtime may be required as needed.
