EyeSouth Partners is seeking a Clinic Lead at our MidWest Eye Center locations in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, patient flow, and compliance with iJCAHPO standards, while collaborating with doctors on schedules and clinical protocols.

The role emphasizes leadership in a fast-paced ophthalmology environment, with a focus on QA, training, and patient relations. NO NIGHTS, NO WEEKENDS, competitive benefits package offered.

Qualificações

• Advanced clinical proficiency per iJCAHPO standards.
• Experience documenting and coding ophthalmology procedures.
• Supervisory capabilities and leadership in a clinical setting.

Responsabilidades

• Aids with patient flow, diagnostic testing, and technician exam components.
• Aids in and support timely completion of clinical administrative duties and assignments.
• Maintains inventory levels and orders supplies.
• Leads daily team huddles and monthly meetings.
• Develops and trains on clinical SOPs and policies.
• Coaches and mentors team members.
