Job summary

EyeCare Partners – Novus Clinic in Tallmadge, OH seeks a Clinic Manager to lead daily office operations, coordinate scheduling, and ensure patient-focused service across multiple locations. You will guide staff, manage inventory, and drive efficiency while maintaining HIPAA compliance and strong patient relations.

The role requires healthcare management experience, excellent communication, and a proactive approach to improving workflows.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management preferred.
• Two years of optical management or industry-related experience required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day office operations including scheduling, meetings, and inventory.
• Provide guidance on optical equipment usage and medical chart handling.
• Generate operational reports and direct improvement efforts.
• Lead and coach office staff to deliver a world-class patient experience.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and coordinate with District/Regional Managers.
