Job summary

SightMD, a growing ophthalmic provider group, seeks a Center Manager to oversee daily office operations, coordinate with ROM, and ensure patient flow and staff performance. You will supervise front desk, surgical, and clinical staff while aligning with corporate standards to drive growth at your center.

Key requirements include a Bachelor’s in a relevant field and at least 2 years of supervisory healthcare experience, with English/Spanish bilingual proficiency and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience with EHR and practice management software required.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and achieve team goals.
