Job summary

SightMD is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily office operations across our ophthalmic centers. You will coordinate with ROM, manage front desk, surgical and technical staff, and ensure smooth patient flow and satisfaction.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in a related field, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and bilingual English/Spanish capabilities. Healthcare management experience and EHR familiarity are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in healthcare management or clinical settings.
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily office operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
• Oversee surgical scheduling and coordination within assigned Center.
• Provide staff training, performance management, and career development.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with ROM and CM Mentor to meet budget expectations.
• Promote a healthy, inclusive work environment.
