Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review patient charts for completeness and accuracy.
• Take ocular/systemic histories and record visual acuity.
• Perform testing such as OCT, automated visual fields, photography, pachymetry, biometry.
• Record slit lamp findings and basic measurements; assist with exams.
• Act as scribe and document in EMR or paper charts.
• Administer topical or oral medications as directed.
• Maintain room cleanliness and patient flow throughout the day.
• Ensure informed consent and assist patient education.
