Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English or Spanish
• Able to work in fast-paced, team environment
• Must have reliable transportation and flexible schedule
• Willing to work overtime including weekends

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery safely and efficiently
• Maintain production supplies to prevent line shutdowns
• Follow GMP and HACCP procedures and document as required
• Ensure food safety and quality throughout production
• Report any food safety/quality issues to supervisor
