Job summary

Dessert Holdings in Aurora, CO is seeking an Operator I for the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–3:00 AM). You will be responsible for the safe operation of baking machinery and maintaining product quality following our formulas and procedures.

Familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and GMP supports food safety and quality across the line. Join a team delivering premium desserts, with strong emphasis on food safety, quality, and continuous training.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation and be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to read and write in either English or Spanish.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment with strict work/safety rules 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production supplies at prescribed levels to avoid line shutdowns.
• Follow GMP policies and procedures in daily tasks.
• Read product formulas, temperatures, and times per BOM.
• Coordinate with Production Leads for product flow and batching.
• Meet production standards within required timeframes.
• Ensure a clean and organized work space and adhere to dress code.
• Notify Lead or Supervisor of any food safety/quality issues.
