You will safely operate baking machinery, ensure consistent quality, and follow the company’s formulas and procedures. Knowledge of SQF, HACCP, and GMP helps ensure food safety and product quality.

The role supports the production line on a 2nd shift (3:00 PM–3:00 AM) with potential overtime. The team emphasizes safe practices, good hygiene, and collaborative problem solving to deliver top

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and write in English or Spanish.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Willing to work overtime, including weekends.
• Able to work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Demonstrates good verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery safely.
• Maintain production supplies to prevent line shutdowns.
• Follow GMP policies and procedures.
• Read product formulas, temperatures, and BOM.
• Coordinate with Production Leads for product flow.
• Meet production standards within required time.
• Maintain clean work areas and personal hygiene.
• Report production waste.
• Ensure food safety and quality.
• Notify Supervisor when stepping off line.
• Understand Quality Systems including SQF, HACCP, GMP.
