Job summary

Dessert Holdings is seeking an Operator I for the Aurora, CO plant. The role focuses on safe operation of baking machinery and maintaining quality and food safety across production lines.

You will work on a 3:00 PM–3:00 AM shift, following established formulas and GMP/SQF/HACCP standards to ensure consistent dessert quality. Join a team that values training, collaboration and growth as you contribute to baking, decorating and packaging processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery safely.
• Read formulas, temperatures and times according to BOM.
• Understand GMP, SQF and HACCP practices for food safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate baking and decorating machinery in a safe, efficient manner.
• Maintain production supplies to prevent line shutdowns.
• Follow GMP policies, procedures and building of materials guidelines.
• Coordinate with leads for product flow and timing.
• Ensure food safety and product quality throughout production.
• Report any waste or safety concerns to supervisor.
