Dessert Holdings Inc. in Aurora, CO is seeking an Operator I for the food manufacturing plant. You will safely operate baking machinery and maintain quality and safety standards to produce our desserts. The role requires adherence to GMP, SQF and HACCP practices and close coordination with production leadership.

Qualifications

• Able to read and write in English or Spanish.
• Able to operate baking machinery safely and efficiently.
• Familiar with GMP, SQF and HACCP practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production supplies to prevent line shutdowns.
• Follow GMP policies and procedures.
• Read product formulas, temperatures and times per BOM.
• Coordinate product flow with Production Leads.
• Ensure food safety and product quality throughout production.
