Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production supplies at prescribed levels to prevent line downtime.
• Follow GMP policies and procedures in all tasks.
• Read formulas, temperatures, and times according to BOM.
• Coordinate with Production Leads on product flow for batches.
• Meet production standards within required time and maintain quality.
• Report production waste and food safety/quality issues to supervisor.
