The role requires familiarity with SQF, HACCP, and GMP to safeguard safety and product quality. You will support the production line and collaborate with leads to maintain smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Willingness to work overtime, including weekends.
• Ability to read and write in English or Spanish.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Good verbal communication; able to stay focused in a loud environment.
• Adhere to GMP, SQF and HACCP practices.

Responsibilities

• Operate mixing, baking and decorating machinery safely and efficiently.
• Maintain production supplies to prevent line shutdowns.
• Follow GMP policies and procedures.
• Read product formulas, temperatures, and times according to BOM.
• Coordinate with Production Leads to manage product flow.
• Meet production standards within required timeframes.
• Keep the production area clean and maintain good housekeeping.
• Follow dress code standards and personal hygiene requirements.
• Report production waste to the Lead or Supervisor.
• Ensure food safety and quality throughout production.
