You will coordinate sponsors, stakeholders, and delivery teams, ensuring alignment on scope, milestones, and outcomes while enabling operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years leading complex initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• Experience with technology-enabled transformation and process improvements.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without direct authority and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of strategic and operational transformation initiatives from intake through implementation.
• Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Provide executive-level updates, reports, and communications on progress and results.
• Drive adoption by aligning functions and developing readiness and implementation plans.
• Foster collaboration across business leaders, Product, Technology, and supporting teams.
