Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a Senior Manager - Strategic Programs to lead the strategic planning engine for a global Product Development organization. Shape priorities, roadmaps, governance, and decision processes to keep teams aligned and moving fast.

You will manage a team of strategy and operations professionals, partnering with Product Development, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver high-impact initiatives from definition through delivery.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in strategy or product strategy
• Leadership of cross-functional teams
• Proven track record in delivering complex initiatives

Responsibilities

• Own the annual and long-range strategic planning cycle with roadmaps and leadership outputs.
• Translate strategy into Product Development priorities aligned with market and competitive dynamics.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives including new product and market opportunities and cost savings.
• Develop analytical and financial models to size investments and support go/no-go decisions.
• Coordinate programs across Product Development, Commercial, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Own the operating rhythm: leadership sessions, governance, reviews, and communications.
• Design governance structures and decision rights to enable effective decisions.
• Provide senior stakeholders with timely, actionable information for strategic decisions.
• Direct and develop a team of strategy and operations professionals.
• Establish standards for strategic analysis, initiative management, and planning facilitation.
• Build relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams as a trusted partner.
• Bring consumer insights and market dynamics into product strategy and leadership decisions.
• Collaborate with Consumer Insights, Brand, and Commercial to ground priorities in evidence.
• Within one year, strengthen planning, improve visibility, and grow a high-performing team.
