You'll apply standard PM methodologies, supporting initiatives across teams while managing budgets and timelines. Strong organization and communication are essential to facilitate collaboration and deliver results in a healthcare context.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in healthcare or similarly complex operations.
• PMP certification preferred, or willingness to obtain within one year of hire.
• Experience supporting or leading projects with multiple stakeholders and defined timelines.
• Experience with quality improvement, operational optimization, or cost-reduction initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership for systemwide initiatives with executive sponsors and stakeholders.
• Support planning, implementation, and delivery of strategic initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
• Apply standardized project management methodologies to guide initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Coordinate activities to ensure delivery within approved budgets, schedules, and quality expectations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and support timely resolution of issues.
• Contribute to cost-reduction and quality improvement initiatives as applicable.
• Facilitate cross-department collaboration and maintain project documentation.
