Qualifications

• 5–8+ years in operations, consulting, PM, transformation, or strategy.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong PM, problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity with changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
• Partner with business leaders to assess challenges, define objectives, and develop actionable plans.
• Coordinate initiatives across departments, business units, and stakeholders.
• Support integration activities related to acquisitions and organizational changes.
• Lead or support technology and systems implementation projects.
• Identify risks and roadblocks and develop solutions to maintain momentum.
• Establish timelines, milestones, ownership across project teams.
• Facilitate meetings with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Analyze processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Communicate status, key decisions, risks, and recommendations to leadership.
