Job summary

Technical Safety Services (TSS) is seeking a Director of Operational Transformation and Integrations to drive enterprise initiatives, integrate acquisitions, and translate business needs into measurable solutions. This role operates at the business level, coordinating across Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, IT, and acquired companies, while guiding programs from diagnosis through adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years experience in operational transformation, operational excellence, or related work.
• 5+ years leading and developing teams including PMs, analysts, or CI professionals.
• Ownership of large cross-functional programs from problem definition to adoption and results.
• Lean, Six Sigma, value-stream mapping, root-cause analysis; Green/Black Belt preferred.
• ERP/CRM/data-platform deployments from planning through launch.
• Post-acquisition integrations leadership and alignment of processes, teams, and data.
• Program governance with KPIs, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Strong analytical capability with business outcomes-focused mindset.
• Travel up to 25% as required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders across Ops, Finance, HR, Sales, IT, and acquisitions to solve cross-functional challenges.
• Diagnose processes, analyze data, and build roadmaps and implementations.
• Lead multiple enterprise initiatives with governance, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage and develop project managers, business analysts, and data analysts.
• Translate transformation methods into practical tools for audiences.
