Job summary

MediSolution is seeking a Director of Business Operations to drive enterprise-wide transformation from idea to customer value. You will identify bottlenecks across product, security, infrastructure, deployment, and customer operations, and design better ways of working.

In this role, you’ll partner with leaders to accelerate delivery, establish accountability, and lead cross-functional initiatives aimed at reducing cycle time and increasing organizational effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to drive accountability and execution without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze bottlenecks slowing concept to value.
• Break processes into parts, mapping risks and outcomes.
• Partner with leaders to drive simplification, automation, and AI.
• Establish accountability structures and operating rhythms.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve cycle time and effectiveness.
• Share best practices to accelerate adoption across units.
• Collaborate with executives to track transformation progress.
