Job summary

Bellevue Talent Partners seeks a hands-on Integration Leader to spearhead the operational launch and transformation of a new market in Indianapolis. This high-visibility role acts as the General Manager of Transformation, driving immediate, measurable impact across the organization.

The ideal candidate brings 3–7 years in transformation, integration, or operational consulting; a PMO/Integration background; and strong stakeholder management and change leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years in business transformation, integration, or operational consulting.
• Prior experience in a strong internal PMO/Integration role.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong operational acumen and comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and change leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel significantly during integration phases.
• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certifications are a plus.
