Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in operations, process improvement, or related function.
• Experience leading cross-functional improvement initiatives in fast-paced environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and continuous improvement methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional operational improvement initiatives identifying inefficiencies and implementing scalable solutions.
• Analyze operational data and KPIs to develop actionable recommendations for planning and resource optimization.
• Drive transformation projects from requirements to post-implementation assessment.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and IT to align priorities and govern initiatives.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and executive reporting on performance and opportunities.
• Champion continuous improvement and ensure compliance with policies and quality standards.
