Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, HR, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training, operations, or learning & development within manufacturing, logistics, or service operations environments.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design.
• Certifications in training or instructional design (CPTD, ATD, Kirkpatrick, etc.).
• Experience using LMS platforms and e-learning tools (Articulate, Captivate).
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into effective learning solutions.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

This role partners closely with operations, HR, and Learning & Development teams to assess training needs, create high-impact learning materials, and support continuous improvement across a fast-growing organization. The ideal candidate is an experienced facilitator with strong instructional design skills and a passion for developing employees in manufacturing or operations environments.

Responsibilities:
