Job summary

U.S. Engineering is seeking an Operations Trainer to design and deliver advanced learning solutions.

You will collaborate with instructional design, coach SMEs on adult learning theory, and develop multiple learning series using instructor-led, on-the-job, coaching, and self-guided approaches. You’ll provide targeted support to managers in a multi-location setup, create internal and external resources, and measure ROI and business impact of training programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 3+ years experience with adult learning theory.
• Experience consulting with internal partners to identify needs and develop solutions.
• Experience facilitating in large group settings.

Responsibilities

• Partner with instructional design to create custom in-house learning content.
• Coach internal SMEs on adult learning theory and hands-on learning exercises.
• Develop and manage multiple in-house learning series with varied delivery methods.
• Provide coaching and talent development support to managers in the Rocky Mountain region.
• Create learning resources and coordinate course registrations company-wide.
• Facilitate learning courses for U.S. Engineering team members.
• Evaluate learning solutions for business impact and ROI.
• Track learning metrics and report quarterly ROI.
