Qualifications

• Experience training, teaching, facilitating, or developing others in a structured learning environment.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly and practically.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with policies, procedures, quality control, compliance, or process improvement.
• Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and improve operational policies, procedures, and resources.
• Facilitate engaging systems and operational training for new and existing employees.
• Create training materials, job aids, and resources that simplify learning.
• Conduct quality control reviews and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate across departments to solve problems and improve processes; oversee IRA and HSA program administration and compliance.
• Provide operational guidance and support to team members across the Credit Union.
• Serve as backup support for designated payment operations functions.
