Responsibilities

• Serve as backup support for designated payment operations functions.

Starting Pay Range: $$56,676.39 annually (salaried/exempt); There will be an increase of base pay based on skills and experience.

First Alliance Credit Union is seeking an Operations and Training Specialist to help strengthen how we work across the organization, from the processes we follow to the way we train and support our team members.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys digging into how things work, finding ways to make them better, and helping others learn. You'll work across the Credit Union to improve operational consistency, maintain policies and procedures, conduct quality control, support specialized programs, and create training that helps employees build the knowledge and confidence to succeed.

What You'll Do
