Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in financial services, credit union operations, or a related operational environment.
• Experience training, teaching, facilitating, or developing others in a structured learning environment.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly, practically, and understandably.
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with policies, procedures, quality control, compliance, or process improvement.
• Ability to adapt training approaches to different learning styles and skill levels.
• Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
• IRA and HSA experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and improve operational policies, procedures, and resources.
• Facilitate engaging systems and operational training for new and existing employees.
• Create training materials, job aids, and resources that make learning easier.
• Conduct quality control reviews and help identify opportunities to improve accuracy and consistency.
• Work across departments to solve problems and improve processes.
• Oversee IRA and HSA program administration and compliance.
• Provide operational guidance and support to team members across the Credit Union.
• Serve as backup support for designated payment operations functions.
