Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver, refine, and communicate all training and new hire curriculums.
• Develop and refine departmental training materials.
• Deliver skill assessments and coordinate training schedules.
• Supervise new hire classes and manage disciplinary functions and timecards.
• Coordinate onboarding and collaborate with HR for training and compliance.
