Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks an Operations Training & Development Manager to lead the design, delivery, and assessment of operations training across classrooms, on-job, and online platforms. You will partner with SMEs and field leaders to close performance gaps and align programs with business and client needs.

You will facilitate engaging sessions, build strong relationships, and support broader L&D initiatives while managing multiple projects and travel up to 50% as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; operations leadership experience critical.
• Strong facilitation and storytelling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with SMEs to scope and design operations training aligned to gaps.
• Delivers training in-person, on-job, and virtually.
• Evaluates training effectiveness via feedback and stakeholder input.
• Supports train-the-trainer sessions and collaborates with L&D.
• Travels up to 50% for workshops and courses.
