Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Instructional Design, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in training and development, including instructional design and leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of LMS, instructional design, e-learning, and adult learning principles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, including digital training tools and platforms.
• Extensive experience with Learning Management Systems.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently.
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Strong understanding of adult learning methodologies and effective training practices.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps across operations including Safety, Quality, Operations, and Onboarding.
• Design, develop, and implement training programs and materials with cross-functional leaders.
• Lead initiatives to achieve operational excellence by improving programs to reduce costs and boost productivity.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
• Develop the annual training plan and structured teaching plans.
• Translate business needs into training programs supporting employee development and career progression.
• Onboard new hires through onboarding and orientation sessions.
• Analyze learning needs and adapt methods for diverse learning styles.
• Mentor and coach junior trainers with feedback and professional development.

This role is responsible for enhancing workforce capability across the organization, with a strong focus on continuous improvement, operational excellence, safety, quality, onboarding, and productivity.

The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands‑on learning professional with experience in instructional design, adult learning, leadership, and training program management within a dynamic operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements across all phases of operations, including Safety, Quality, Operations, and Onboarding
• Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and materials in partnership with cross‑functional department leaders
• Lead training initiatives that support operational excellence by continuously improving programs and processes to reduce costs and increase productivity
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, performance metrics, and continuous analysis
• Develop the annual training plan and prepare structured teaching plans
• Translate business and role requirements into training programs that support employee development and career progression
• Acclimate new hires to the business through onboarding and orientation sessions
• Analyze learning needs and adapt training methods to support a variety of learning styles
• Mentor, develop, and guide junior trainers by providing coaching, feedback, and professional development support
