Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Operations Trainer to scale technical capability across the organization. You will design end-to-end training frameworks, translate complex systems into actionable guides, and deliver hands-on sessions for Tech Ops engineers.

You will establish proficiency standards, mentor engineers, and continuously update content based on field feedback to ensure readiness and operational excellence across programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical field operations, deployed software engineering, or technical hands-on operational roles.
• Proven SME on a system and ability to share that knowledge with others.
• Comfortable delivering training to groups and individuals at varying skill levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally for training delivery and field support.
• Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
