Job summary

Integra Partners is seeking a Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for Operations. You will partner with Operations leadership and the executive team to diagnose needs, drive change, and deliver best-in-class training solutions aligned with business strategy.

You will develop learner journeys, create engaging content, and ensure new hire orientations are effective across diverse locations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Training & Development; healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience designing multiple training events in a corporate setting.
• Proficient in traditional and modern training methods and tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end training roadmap and calendar with department leaders.
• Design, develop and implement training content using various learning modalities.
• Track training progress and measure effectiveness of training.
• Update management on training program status and updates.
• Implement learning content for new hires and refresher training.
